City administrative offices, including City Hall, will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023, in observance of Memorial Day. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, May 30, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Dover Public Library will also be closed on Monday, May 29.

In addition, there is no trash pickup and curbside recycling on Monday, May 29, 2023. Trash and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day the week of May 29.

Memorial Day is also one of several parking holidays each year, during which time motorists are not required to pay for parking.
