Dover Holiday Parade Seeks Volunteers

0Comments

Cochecho Friends, a local volunteer organization, is organizing the 2022 Dover Holiday Parade, the theme of which will be, “Holiday Countdown to Celebrating our Past, Present, and Future.”

The parade will be held on Nov. 27, the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The parade organizing committee, which has been meeting since spring, is seeking volunteers to help prepare for this year’s event, including in the days leading up to the parade. Volunteers are needed to assist with safety, fundraising/sponsorship, and logistics, and to fill other committee positions. Parade organizers are also seeking marching bands, along with commercial and non-profit groups, youth organizations, and other parade participants.

To volunteer or for more information, contact Lori Nollet at CochechoFriends@gmail.com or Dennis Shanahan at d.shanahan@dover.nh.gov.
