Dover Main Street will hold its annual Dover Pride Clean Up Day on Saturday, May 14, 2022. The event takes place from 8 a.m. to noon, followed by a “thank you” pizza lunch.

Dover Pride Clean Up Day is a great opportunity to get out of the house and do something for your community. Volunteers are needed for raking, weeding, edging, sweeping, mulching and picking up litter at sites throughout the downtown. Volunteers are urged to bring work gloves, rakes, brooms, gardening tools, wheelbarrows and shovels.

Registration opens at the Cocheco Mill Courtyard beginning at 7:30 a.m., with work beginning at the downtown sites at 8 a.m. The “thank-you” pizza lunch, courtesy of Kendall Pond Pizza, begins at 11:30 a.m.

This is a rain or shine event.
