The Cochecho Waterfront Development Advisory Committee (CWDAC) meets Tuesday, May 17, to vote on whether to recommend approval of the revised waterfront development site plan.

The developer, Cathartes, received the conditional endorsement of the Technical Review Committee on May 5, allowing Cathartes to bring the plan CWDAC for its endorsement and to the Planning Board for site review approval.

CWDAC will also discuss with its consultants the site plan for the public improvements portion of the project, review park design options, and vote on whether to endorse the consultants’ site plan revisions. CWDAC will also receive a status update on the environmental permitting required for the project.
