St. Thomas Aquinas High School standout Andrew Wertz’s collegiate team loses game in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship on Friday, May 23

On Friday, May 23, former St. Thomas Aquinas High School standout Andrew Wertz’s current collegiate team the Salve Regina Seahawks lost 3-4 against the Kean Cougars in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Jim Hynes Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Kean Cougars in the tournament.

The Salve Regina Seahawks’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. at Jim Hynes Stadium.
