Hansel and Gretel Composed by Engelbert Humperdinck with libretto by Ben Robinson. RAYLYNMOR OPERA brings you this new, filmed production of Engelbert Humperdinck’s HANSEL AND GRETEL. Humperdinck composed Hansel and Gretel in Frankfurt in 1891 & 1892. The opera was first performed in the Hoftheater in Weimar in 1893, & was conducted by Richard Strauss. See this very imaginative and creative opera production of a celebrity-chef-inspired telling of the classic fairy tale story... where you can be both the guest star... and the main ingredient.
