City of Dover issued the following announcement.
Love to garden? Member registration for Dover Community Gardens opens today, March 16. There are two locations available: Garrison Hill Park and County Farm Road.

Dover Community Gardens is a grassroots, all-volunteer group that launched last year after receiving support from the Dover City Council, Dover's Conservation Commission and the Strafford County Commissioners.
