Colliers Facilitates 1031 Exchange Sale in Downtown Dover | Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the sale of the seven unit multifamily at 511-517 Central Avenue in Dover. According to the Strafford County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1,470,000.

Abigail Bachman and David Choate, of Colliers’ Portsmouth office, procured the Buyer, Portsmouth Realty LLC. Arthur Pappas, of Keller Williams Coastal Realty, represented the Seller in the transaction.

The 7,700 SF building consists of five residential units and two commercial/retail units on the first floor. This fully leased property was a strong investment for the 1031 Exchange buyer with longer term leases in place with the two commercial tenants and a strong residential rental market in Dover, NH.
