Description

Enjoy a tea ceremony coupled with an interfaith meditation. All are welcome. Tea varieties will change regularly, as will the various ceremonies. After a relaxing bowl of warm tea, slip into a peaceful meditation state.Meditation will help you feel a greater sense of peace and love in your everyday life. It helps the brain to function better which reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. This brain training helps you become better at everything you care about – relationships, art, music, business, self care.
