The Dover Holiday Parade is back for 2022!

Cochecho Friends is proud to announce the return of the Dover Holiday Parade in 2022. After a two-year absence the parade is back and will be better than ever! This year’s theme is “Holiday Countdown to Celebrating our Past, Present, and Future.”

The parade will be on November 27th, the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The organizing committee has been meeting since this Spring and is ready to put the planning work into high gear! Sponsors and volunteers are needed to get ready for this year’s event and to help us out on the days leading up to the parade. We are seeking commercial and non-profit groups, youth organizations, and others to march in the parade. We also offer three levels of sponsorship, with increasing benefits, links to sponsor and participant applications are at www.CochechoFriends.com.

The parade was truly missed and the planning committee will be putting together a great event to highlight the return of this beloved holiday tradition. This year we are very excited to be working with the Dover 400th Committee to help kick off the year-long celebration of our great City’s 400th anniversary with a return of the Dover Holiday Parade.

If you would like to help us out, or would like more information, please contact Lori Nollet at CochechoFriends@gmail.com or Dennis Shanahan at d.shanahan@dover.nh.gov.
