A workshop focused on the rules and regulations for selling meat, poultry, dairy products, and eggs at New Hampshire farmers markets is scheduled to take place online on two dates in February and March 2026. The event aims to inform participants about the latest requirements for these products and provide guidance on maintaining food safety from processing through sale.
