The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce City of Lights Committee is seeking volunteers to help hang American flags on Central Avenue in preparation for Memorial Day. The primary flag hanging date will be Friday, May 13 starting at 10 a.m. Flags will also be hung from May 11 to May 18.
