Agenda items include a discussion of the proposed Capital Improvements Program and updates on the 2022 Energy Commission Report, the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire, and resiliency planning within the city.
The Community Power Coalition, for which the City of Dover is a founding member, will allow participating communities to work together to secure electrical power supply contracts. Resilience Manager Jackson Kaspari will provide an update on the Community Power Coalition, including recent activity by New Hampshire's Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules, Public Utilities Commission and the next steps for Dover.
Kaspari will also provide an overview of the city's action to become a more resilient community. Kaspari with the support of community stakeholders and city staff, has been working on a draft of the Citywide Resilience Plan which is expected to be brought to Council for potential adoption by the end of this calendar year.
